Calling all Volunteers – We need your help on Wednesday, October 18th, 4:00-6:00p.m., to rebuild RiverWood, a space that was created for children in Blackstone Park!
Recent vandalism, high winds or a combination of both have brought down the driftwood fence that encircles the space. We’d like to repair the fence and clean up the area so it can be used during our next program, Nor-so-Spooky Trailwalk.
This clean up project involves moderate activity and creativity is a plus. Bring gloves, clippers if you have them and wear long pants and closed shoes. There is poison ivy growing around this space but none inside the circle itself.
Join us for stories by Books on the Square, a woodland trail walk and sweet treats for all ages! We suggest wearing sturdy shoes and bringing a flashlight. Costumes are encouraged. At Blackstone Field, across from the Narragansett
