We are please to announce more Park-Keeping dates for this fall:
- Thursday, October 17, 1:30 – 3:00: Stake logs or timbers on the Boathouse Trail. Meet at Blackstone Field, across from the Narragansett Boat Club (2 River Drive, Providence, RI 02906).
- Wednesday, October 23, 1:30-3:00: Install temporary fences around new planting in the ravine OR finish chips (Location TBC)
- Sunday, October 27, 10:30 – noon: Install temporary fences around new planting in the ravine OR finish chips (Location TBC)
- Tuesday, November 19, 2:00 – 3:30 (Project and location TBC)
As always, you’re welcome to drop in for some or all of the session, although it does help if you can rsvp to cdrake@blackstoneparksconservancy.org. Please bring your own water and bug repellent. We have gloves and tools available, and if you have your own they are most welcome.
