The Blackstone Parks Gateway is a project that aims to address stormwater runoff, greening, and traffic safety at the southern entrance to Blackstone Boulevard, near Lincoln School. 

The project is funded by the Environmental Protection Agency’s Narragansett Bay Estuary Program and collaboratively led by the Blackstone Parks Conservancy, Seekonk River Alliance, Groundwork RI, and the City of Providence, with support from consultants Horsley Witten Group.
