The success of this year’s Moonrise on the Seekonk, on October 9th, prompted us to promptly check the fall 2023 astronomical calendar for a suitable day for next year’s event. Lo and behold, we’ll have Hunter’s Moon on a Saturday, October 28, 2023: the astronomical full moon is at 4:24 PM, moonrise at 5:38 PM, sunset at 5:45 PM. We couldn’t resist and already announced the 2023 Moonrise, maybe a bit too early!
