Renewal has begun! Thanks to good weather, contractors are air-spading today on the Boulevard near the Butler campus. This de-compaction, recommended by the City Forester, will let air, water and nutrients reach the roots of the mature trees that define the site.
Starting this weekend, with vital help from the Parks Department, the Conservancy will work with SEIU volunteers to further protect the trees and prepare the site for seeding.
