The Narragansett Boat Club celebrated New Year’s Day by caring for the environment. Starting at 8:30 AM, volunteers cleaned up the wooded shoreline below the Butler Hospital campus from debris that was primarily washed in during the pre-Christmas storm. We at the Blackstone Parks Conservancy were proud to support the effort, by reaching out to our members and joining the clean-up. Many thanks to our hard working volunteers who joined our good neighbors on that balmy Sunday morning.
