City Stormwater Work On Lower Irving Begins

Construction has begun on the City’s project to improve stormwater management along lower Irving Avenue.   The contractor is doing site preparation first. This will be followed by re-setting the riverbank stones, then installing green infrastructure to absorb stormwater into the earth, removing pavement from Irving Avenue near Loring Avenue, and repairing the sidewalk and curbing.
